Navodaya Vidyalayas are affiliated to CBSE and provide free residential quality education to talented children from Class-VI to XII.
Candidates must be studying Class 5 in a recognized government, government-aided or private school in the same district .
The institute has its own hostel complex located in its campus which provides boarding and lodging facilities to participants of various training courses.
According to the Navodaya age limit 2024, the applicant must be born between May 1, 2012, and July 31, 2014.
Admission in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is made on the basis of a Selection Test, designed and conducted by the CBSE. The test is called the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST).
This year, applications have been filled in approximately for 649 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas. Admission will be for a maximum of 80 seats in each Navodaya Vidyalaya.
Last date to apply is 23rd September.
